We offer multiple ways to make your payment- whether you prefer the speed of online options, the convenience of mobile, or the reliability of mail, phone, and in person payments. Explore the options below to find the method that works best for you.

Quick, one-time payments & everyday options
- Contact an agent for a link you can save for quick, easy, one-time payments.
- Walk in to either our Morehead City, Shallotte, or Wilmington locations to pay using debit card, cash, Money Order, or check.
- Mail-in your check or Money Order – please do not mail cash.
*Note: 3rd party payment processing fees apply or you can mail your payment to avoid a fee.

- View real‑time account information including payment history, account balance, due date, and payment amount

Mail in your payment
- You may mail your payment to the North State branch that originated your loan.
- Click here for office locations and information.
- Please only send checks or Money Orders – do not mail cash.

Pay by Phone
- You may call your local branch to make a payment using your debit card or bank account.
- Payment by phone using an automated payment processing number is currently unavailable but is coming soon.
